MDeverywhere Announces Hiring of Dhiraj Dolwani as Chief Operating Officer, India Client Operations
June, 2007 – MDeverywhere today announced the addition of Dhiraj Dolwani as Chief Operating Officer, India Client Operations.
Dhiraj is joining MDeverywhere with more than 14 years of management experience in various Manufacturing, IT and Service organizations. Prior to joining MDeverywhere, he led the insurance and financial services vertical at NIIT SmartServe, a third-party business process outsourcing service provider in India. He was responsible for revenue & profitability, as well as client transition management, operations, service levels and quality. At NIIT, he led the ramp up and growth of a large life & pensions insurance back office; successfully led the transition of operations for a US financial services SEC compliance related process; contributed to the first business process outsourcing consulting assignment in the organization for a large banking and insurance company and played a significant role in converting the engagement to a build operate transfer outsourcing contract. He also contributed to building transition processes within the organization and assisted in institutionalizing COPC and Six Sigma within the programs.
